Sigmum Casting Company Ltd have vast experience in the pressure die casting industry. We specialise in both aluminium and zinc alloys.
Our company offers a full package from design, prototyping and tool making through to the finished end product to the customer’s requirements. This includes Alacrome 407/47 for all aluminium products, Grenodine pre-treatment for all zinc castings and full in house powder coating facilities.
Production
We operate from our sites in Hertfordshire.
As well as having our comprehensive design and tool room facilities we have a range of modern die casting machines fully computer automated giving a good quality product to meet our customer’s requirements.
We can produce castings up to 5Kg in aluminium and 1 Kg In zinc. Our flexible approach to production and planning enables us to cope with small, medium and large runs.
